Chapel Row Gallery is centrally located off Queen Square in the heart of the Georgian city of Bath. It is based in a late 18th century building, the work of John Wood the Elder, which opens into a 20th century extension which forms the main gallery. Situated next door to The Beaujolais Bistro, one of Bath’s best known and best loved restaurants, there is on-street pay and display parking outside the gallery. The Charlotte Street Car Park and the bus and train stations are within easy walking distance, as are The Royal Crescent, the Theatre Royal and the Victoria Art Gallery. The Francis Hotel and Bath’s main shopping area of Milsom Street are close by.
